Older era of LSU CFB, Capone, Anderson and Bevan were great.
Recently, Devin White.
All time, it's hard to compare todays game and athletes with those from "back when" but White is probably it.

Most on here only are familiar with LSU over the past 20 years. Warren Capone, Mike Anderson, and Michael Brooks were beasts in their respective eras. Michel Brooks was known as Little LT (Lawrence Taylor). I met a former tiger a few days ago in Lowes who was Brooks' roommate at LSU. Brooks lives in Houston nowadays.
