Saw my first coyote on my land in Folsom on Christmas day (we’ve been here almost 4 mos. now). We have a big bobcat on the land as well - hoping I get to catch a glimpse of him one day. I’ve seen tracks and my neighbor has him on camera. Only one I’ve ever seen was one crossing the highway in Slidell a few years back.

Used to be very uncommon. Once wrp became a thing and the reforestes areas grew up a little the bobcat numbers where I hunted shot up.

Hey Dad, if you hear some shooting on the other side of Donnie Road this weekend it's most likely me and my son. It's gonna be cold!
