No it's not.

Games that are released in alpha testing mode like Cyberpunk deserve harsh criticism. If the end users don't complain, then these companies are not held accountable for shitty products being dumped onto the market.

This game has been one of the most glitchy games to date and think about the company it sits with like Skyrim.

You're trying to excuse one of the most basic game mechanics for a game like this.
