Of course it's mutating. All viruses are always mutating, even Varicella. But the mutation rate of corona viruses is lower than the mutation rate of influenza viruses. I'm skeptical of the 90-95% effectiveness figure, but that doesn't mean I'm going to jump to the complete opposite conclusion and take the position that the COVID vaccines will be worthless. That's as stupid as believing they're going to be perfect.
