I believe there's fault and regression on all levels from EO on down to the players but it's going to always fall on the head coach. His so called mentors/friends swole his already big head up last year. Now let's hope they're humbling the shite out of him with some honest critical feedback whether he's asking for it or not.

I agree.


If he chooses to get an inflated ego and such from his buddies, that's on him but the bottom line is that he's in charge of a football program and he seems to have put it on the back burner. The guy needs to wake up. I don't know if he got an inflated ego because of last season or what but that was last season.

You get all the praise, which he got, now he gets the critical feedback. Part of being a HC.

The guy is paid millions of dollars to do exactly that.


People aren't going to go to games when the HC can't even rally his players. That's a fact. And he's on the verge of that.


Lose your players, lose the crowd, lose the support. That's a bit extreme but it's leaning that way, and I hate to say that.
