Remind me the last time before this season that Liberty was ranked?

the amount of people is baffling who seriously believe it is real when teams like liberty crack the top 25 during this season. No way in hell in any normal season do you get all of these “undefeated” or 1 loss G5 teams. all of the rent a win games were cancelled and here we are. They aren’t elite teams they’re cupcakes without beat down losses on their schedule.

No problem at all with Napier, although Personally would prefer Freeze. Napier had worked wonders at U of L and is a student of Nick Saban. I' m okay with that and would really drive the Ragin Cajuns mad to boot.

I want to see Aranda recruit better, but I think he has the potential to become a top HC. Would be a big risk though.

Honestly think Aranda would do his best work as an NFL DC. That’s where he should be.

Yep, ran him all the way to Ohio State, where Meyer beat Saban for a national title.

Hugh Freeze. Yeah lets hire a guy who got fired over a sex scandal while the university is in the middle of a title Ix investigation. Bold strategy cotton lets see how that plays out.

No matter if we think he will come here or not, I will be pissed if Urban Meyer isn’t our first call. At least try. You never know unless you ask

Then Campbell

Then Fickell

Then Napier

It will be 1 of those 4. Id bet on it

Then he could bring Ron Roberts with him. Or another Wisconsin DC

One of my Tiger Band Alum friends runs a working Tugboat up and down the Intercoastal between New Orleans and Houston.

I'll put in a word or two for Derek/Ree.

He's always looking for deckhands.

Carolina wanted Matt Rhule. He was their first choice. Rhule was the hottest commodity in the coaching community the last 2 off seasons. He turned down a big offer from the New York Jets and went back to Baylor 2 years ago because the Jets GM tried to force garbage Gregg Williams onto his staff and he wasn’t having it.

Brady: not an option. he is an NFL OC, period

Meyer: Pipedream, though he’s the best available. If he sounds interested give him whatever he wants.

Jimbo: that ship has sailed, don’t really want him anyway

Freeze: not gonna happen given the current climate

Napier: seems plausible. I’d take him. Not my first choice though.

Lane Kiffin: I like that idea. He’d bring some energy and confidence to the program.

Fickell: wouldn’t mind him, but I see him as a Midwest guy at heart. Unlikely.

Dan Campbell: would be a great hire. To me he’s option 1A after urban.

Chris Peterson: would be an interesting hire. I wouldn’t hate it.

Fleck: No

He is not my first choice either, but the dude has won everywhere. Why the quick “no”?

I guess I just said “No” because I don’t think it’s realistic on either side.

But you aren’t wrong man. I’ve read up on him just now and it seems he actually recruits out of his league. The whole “row the boat” thing is cheesy to me, but I’d certainly take him over O.
