hasn't fielded a really good defense since 2013 with Florida. His USCe defenses have been horrible, as in finishing in the bottom 1/3 of the SEC more times than not. His last stint as a DC in Auburn in 2015, he finished 13th in the SEC in total defense and 11th in scoring defense.

Have to wonder why the only job he could find this year was a Butch Jones position at Alabama. His defenses at Texas and USF were less than spectacular.
