I mean he did help us get Burrow, Eli Ricks, Ika, and DDJ. I think he has good ties to the Midwest and I think that could be valuable when trying to get some of those elite midwest linemen we seem to never get.

Promote Raymond. Demote Pelini. Make him carry Raymond’s clipboard for his salary.

Why wouldn't Emsminger slide back to TE coach, or is he done with it altogether?

Did we lose 80 million, or did we generate 80 million less in revenue? Big difference between the two and I'm pretty sure it's the latter.

Yall keep assuming Ensminger has no ego. In his mind he's a national champion OC and tops in the nation. He isn't retiring and he isn't taking any demotion.

Because he's clearly earned every penny. What a POS.

I mean surely its not a surprise that the guy wants his money. He's still owed $4.6 million and he's got no chance at seeing that kind of money again.

Might be burned out and ready to step back especially after the tragedy that happened to his son's wife earlier this year.

He's a POS because wants what he negotiated? Were there performance clauses that he failed to meet? He's a POS because LSU gave him a ridiculous contact? Get a grip, dude. I mean, hopefully they can work something out, but calling someone a POS for expecting his employer to uphold the contract they signed is absurd.

And you would leave millions left on the table that you were guaranteed even if you were shitty at your current job! Of course you wouldn’t

Anyone who wants E to completely leave the program is not a true fan. E loves LSU and is a football guy. I would like to have him involved in some capacity for as long as he is willing. Fact of the matter is that he is a better fit for other roles

Wow. That’s pretty interesting. It definitely goes against the grain of what people have been thinking, which we that O pushed Pelini’s big contract on Woodward.
