I have zero fricks to give.
College football is BIG BIG business, nothing more. The last thing on anyone's mind (other than the fans) is the integrity of the sport.

It's been this way for a hundred years. I've seen a couple movies from the early 1930s about football and they were pulling kids that didn't give a shite about college from coal mines and factories and paying them to play for the big State U home crowds.
