I have a chair, mirror, and dresser in mine. It isn't all clothes. Sometimes I just sit in there with a scotch when I get home late from work and need a minute

Hers is all clothes.

OR, she's got clothes from 15 years ago when she was a size 4 and is now a size 8 but thinks she'll get back in them some day.

Yeah, that's going to happen.

6’ width minimum will get both sides usable. Length depends entirely on your preference.

This reminds me that all I asked for is tools for Christmas and my garage isn’t getting any bigger

My ground floor is divided almost equally with half being my woodworking shop and the other half being a man cave with the main living quarters on the 2nd floor. Each is about 800 sq. ft.

I have to move stuff around in my shop sometimes, depending on what big tool I want to use. Every wall is pretty much covered in tools or shelving with tools and stuff on them.
