I like the Boarshead as well for grilling or skillet. However I mostly boil them since that is pretty much the southern way or at least the way I've had them most of my life. Don't get me wrong though, I'll grill as well. They tend to get a little greasy when grilling.

i grew up eating them boiled or grilled. i have subsequently learned, however, that they taste a heck of a lot better browned in a skillet than boiled.
