Nope.
You would think that after we saw just how much of our raws for pharmaceuticals comes form China that we'd bring much of it back here, but we all know that will never happen.

Not to mention how much of our tech is reliant on Chinese rare earth elements. manufacturing wouldn't magically come back to America if you cut Chinese imports. It would be a very uncomfortable and expensive transition. No party is going to to it in 4 or 8 years, there has to be bipartisan action and you know that isn't going to happen. It seems that both sides are more interested in legislation that upsets the other side instead of what is actually good for the country.
