Sorry doc, 90% effective for something with a 99% recovery rate means social distancing and capacity restrictions are done. You want to wear a mask? Go right ahead.

I'm in Lee County, KY with the second highest infection rate in the country because many were selfish and didn't wear masks. That includes myself, and now I have the Rona
