What does Moore have to gain from making this story up?
why was he with a Bama player? Have you ever heard of Justin Fields? He has EVERYTHING TO GAIN. Why the frick do you think players are leaving? Bama is also losing a shite load of receivers next season. If he left he would still have to sit unless he had another reason. The fricker ran and got caught and didn’t like it when they searched him.

He wants out like the rest of them that have left but he does t want to sit. His friend probably told him what to do.

So you're assuming this kid wants to transfer to Alabama because of this incident? Because he's out with a friend from Alabama during their bye week?

People are questioning how these 2 individuals know each other, but are not questioning Maason Smith and Foreman's friendship.

It’s a fact that it’s not against the law to run when you see a cop.

First, No one knows if anyone is guilty or innocent and no one knows if they even ran.

Concerning your argument though, it may not be against the law to run when you see an officer, but when you get caught the assumption will be that you are hiding something. I tell my kids, if you get pulled over just yes sir them to death and do what they say, because at the end of the day they have the weapon and legal backing to use it, they are the authority.

Some things may not be against the law, but are extremely unwise. It’s not against the law to curse out a police officer either, but is it a smart move.

I will say this though if that was my son and that officer actually did that to him, I would be pissed.

The point is, neither side should be given any credibility over the other until further evidence is presented. Both sides are just as capable of telling a lie.

This is the correct answer

Dandydon's LSU Sporting News
Police reports indicate that a security guard complained about a loud party atop the apartment complex where Moore resides. When officers arrived at the scene, the party had already dispersed. It’s not clear exactly what happened that led officers to encounter Moore somewhere inside the parking garage.

The Sports Illustrated report indicates that Moore was accompanied by his good friend, Alabama freshman wideout Traeshon Holden. One of Moore’s attorneys said the two players are longtime friends who played travel football together, and that they were not attending the alleged party but had been playing video games in Moore’s apartment.

Not against the law.

Neither is approaching the suspects with guns drawn when they're hiding behind a dumpster. So what are all of the stories about?

Why isn't the Bama player raising hell to the media? Where is Saban's statement?

What day did you play college football? It’s not uncommon for these players to know each other and be friends now given all the camps, all star teams and social media.

. You assume I’m questioning their friendship or how they know each other. I didn’t say a thing about that in my post. I simply pointed out that IF Moore wanted out this is a way to do it without sitting out a season giving him this one plus 4 more if he wanted it. Maybe he is seeing a culture issue and wants out. My other point is Kiffin and O are buddies as everyone knows. Do you think that they will be hanging out during a bye week to catch up when say both are off? In fact, you NEVER do what he did and if I were O, I would at least clear the air about why the other kid was there. I’m not saying spying is a deal in college football... Wait, we know about 2011 and filming. Saban learned from the best and wants nothing more than to put a choke hold on Orgeron shaving his dick up his arse for that immature RTWFU comment. Orgeron deserves it too.

Koy is 18/19, so just holding a beer potentially gets him in legal trouble. Legal trouble isn’t good for any kid, especially a high profile fball player.

Well, he didn’t get shot or arrested, soooo

Any of it. The police lie all the time. They are part of the state which depends on violence for its very existence. The state = violence.
