Hate to break it to you, but new customers can get everything you have for ~$200. To Cox, a "loyal" customer is one they can jack up rates on and they won't leave. Have you threatened to cancel in the last decade? If not, you should. They'll find a special "promo" rate for you real quick.
Oh, and cancel the telephone service. Pay the one-time $20 or whatever to port the number over to Google Voice and just have it ring your cell phone(s) for free.
