We had a lot of kids who took this plan

Almost all flunked out It’s a good idea in theory, but from my ancedotal experience those kids just got burned out being an environment where most people didn’t give a shite

I'd be interested in data on this, but it'd be tough to distinguish between the kids who were college bound prior to cc enrollment vs the kids who had no other option.

As a person who attended community college I can easily say you can walk in the classroom and figure this out immediately. And its not a black/white thing, its just an attitude and self presentation thing.

The people I had the most respect for though were the people in their late 20s, early 30s that had to bring their kids and leave them in the hallway with an Ipad cuz kids weren't allowed in the classroom. Those people were trying to turn their lives around and weren't making any excuses about it.
