While I was at that game, and it will remain the greatest LSU game for me until something equally big happens, and Hester was outstanding, it's tough for a LSU RB to be compared with Cecil the Diesel's owning of Auburn. Looked like a blend of Herschel Walker and Bo Jackson...like a pro playing with high school players. BUT Hester did have a great game against Florida in 2007.

Had Josh Reed's blistering of Bama occurred in Baton Rouge instead of Tuscaloosa, that would be the one candidate to challenge Cecil versus Auburn (as far as an LSU performance). It would also rival Shaun Alexander and DMac.
