For the 2-3 games he played, Cecil was the best RB I have ever seen play for LSU. I go back to the days of Joe Labruzzo to Brad Davis, Robiskie, Alexander, Hilliard, Harvey Williams, Faulk, Mealey, DD, Toefield, etc, and none of those guys, great as they were, could match Cecil.
If Cecil had stayed out of trouble, we would be talking about him and Hershell Walker, Bo Jackson, and Marcus Dupree as all of them were similar to Cecil interms of style, talent. What a shame.

I agree with Tiger 10S, Cecil was a full grown man. Salem shut his arse down in H.S. though. Go Spartans!

agree, it is too bad that he couldn't keep himself straight. In his only 4 games he had close to 600 yards, including torching Auburn for 232

what a waste of talent he was, he could have been one of the best ever.

That's my take on it as well... he seemed like the most talented RB i've ever seen play... made other great athletes look slow and weak

well if any body picks cecil then we must go get ryan perriloux back on the team.charles scott hands down.hes got better judgement and a descent football player.
