Not to mention, you need to make an appointment and even then are subject to extremely long wait times before a tech will even see you.

I just checked too and the Apple Repair places in Savannah are still shut down because of Covid 
Meanwhile my trusty locally owned computer repair business has never taken more than 1 day to fix anything. Both Apple and Microsoft. They now want you to mail it off so that must add at least 2-3 months.
