That is inaccurate and I haven’t seen or heard anyone say that.
What we said, and I was one of them (I even started a thread about it), that his campaign would claim he had Covid, not that he would actually have it.

I should have added “catch” bc it’s exactly what you said...no one said he WOULD catch it ....but it would be alleged
