I'm in the 1-2% who get the long term scrotal pain. Almost three years since the vasectomy and my balls still feel sore frequently. Ejaculating doesn't feel good and makes everything sore for about a day.

Good luck! I sincerely hope I do not get to add you to my collection of post vasectomy pain stories. (Over at www.reddit.com/r/postvasectomypain if anyone is curious.)

sucks. I had about a month of pain. I had an "angry" testicle Eventually it went away but i was scared as F

Fear of this is what has stopped me. I have four kids and don't want any more, but living with the (rare) possible issues scares me to death.

I went to a consult 3 years ago, but never went back.
