re: Per ticket office, only one parking pass per account

I have a similar situation...4 tickets and 1 parking pass but I need to add one parking pass for a family member coming from a different location. I called yesterday, spoke to someone in the ticket office, and was told a totally different story. He said that later in the week, we would receive an email with instructions on how to purchase additional passes.
