re: Sciatica pain management

I’m in the same boat currently. I’ve had two back surgeries already for ruptured discs that got really bad (severe nerve damage, etc). Now I have another small extrusion that is pressing on my nerve. Doing PT now because injections didn’t work (too much scar tissue). Basically trial and error at this point to avoid another procedure.

What type of core exercises do y’all do?
