Just rewatching that game as I fall asleep

That horse collar tackle as Joe runs OB was gnarly

Joe went down so awkwardly, both of his feet got stuck in the ground as he and the A&M player roll over him

I was there and I swear I didn't take a breath until I saw Joe stand up and jog back to the huddle

I was like "Holy God frick no"

there was an audible gasp in the stadium. at least in my section. then BDJ proceeded to drag his nuts over there face until he was pulled. what a great night

Pissing him off was the last thing teams wanted to do last year. Absolute legend status.

They knew that he was out for blood. That whole team was though. The Aggies played terrified that entire game. They knew what was coming.

And every time I rewatch it I wanna bitchslap Todd Blackledge when he says "a very good defensive play". WTF.

... and Todd Blackledge said
"Well, credit Justin Madubuike for the hustle.... it was a very good defensive play...but just a bad result at the end .."
May be one of the all time stupidest comments about a play I've ever heard.

Absolutely it was intentional! Typical A&M philosophy...get the opponents best player off of the field by a dirty hit / play. But it didn't work now did it?
