Hallmark is a tricky one and if it's important enough to list this will probably be what makes your decision as it's not on every service. I think ATT Now and Sling might be the only ones that have it. Pretty sure Hulu Live and YouTube TV don't.
Also, streaming service prices have risen enough that you may not save much money by switching. Some bundles of Internet and Cable TV can be cheaper than stand alone internet and a streaming service.
