re: Rifle help

It’s a 30-06. I’m not a great shot and I have missed a couple of deer with it. My old mossberg seemed to always get it done for me. When I had misses I started to question the rifle and after taking my shaky hands out of the matrix I have found the rifle has some sort of issue. Looking down the tube I can’t find anything irregular. Just wondering if y’all have seen anything like this before.
