Please coomment on the potiential of Oil and Gas in West Feliciana.
1. Are they leasing
2. Is it shale oil.
3. I am on the eastern side of parish near Miss state Line

Follow this LINK to a website about something called the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale. Informative, but remember he is selling his services. Or simply Google "Tuscaloosa Marine Shale" for a number of links. Check out the links on the TMS website, too.
Remember that this is NOT the same as the Haynesville Shale in NW Louisiana that is getting so much attention (including on this board). Right now there doesn't seem to be much interest in the TMS, but things can change overnight. The Haynesville Shale did.
Keep the faith. It may yet happen.
