It would be the same without it... Someone gonna take a hit. If they evict them then they end up on the streets stealing shite and it ain't like you gonna be able to attract new renters with unemployment and brokeass mofos there. Not to mention you tie up courts filing eviction claims.

Yes it is a risk. There is always governmental risk in regards to real estate. Sorry you didn't have the foresight to see this. I dunno why anyone would invest in NOLA rental property... Taxes and insurance too damn high.
