Added center Brett Helms: "We're going to miss that guy. Anybody with that much talent, we're going to miss."

I don't remember him saying that we would not miss RP. I think he said that Hatch, Lee and JJ would be fine, but everyone knows that you will miss someone with that ability.

He said something to the affect of "Perriloux was not a hard worker....but anytime you lose a guy with that kind of talent, he will be missed"

Since we now have practically zero exprience at QB, it would be pretty stupid to think that we wouldn't miss having the SECC MVP back at QB.

Ryan Perrilloux's debut with Jacksonville State will be against Georgia Tech on Aug. 28 (7:30 p.m. ET)

It was in an article in the Monroe News Star a couple of days ago.
I copied this of another board.
"I don't think that we'll miss Perrilloux, and I don't think the team will miss a beat," Helms said. "They've come a long way. Every day in seven-on-seven, they're maturing. Every day, every day, they're just getting better. That's what you like to see. Whenever you quit seeing the motivation and the improving, that's when you need to get worried."Perrilloux, amid his other problems, did not have very good work habits.
"They're doing a very good job of getting better each day, learning the playbook and getting more confident," Helms said. "I'm pleased with it." From thenewsstar.com

Growing up in Monroe I can tell you that the News star can mess some things up.
