Cannot compare the two, they are very different shows. BSG is more like a soap opera with continued story lines. Star Trek has very few multi episode storylines. Two different types of shows. I would say there is not a single episode of BSG that is as good as Darmok, The Inner Light or The Visitor from DS9.
