I was a pup when LSU beat Florida St, to go to Orange Bowl, LSU put up 55 and oranges hit field every play in 4th qtr.
USC vs LSU in the 1900s, got to slap Charles White on the helmet in corner end zone.
Got Hokie and LaFleur’s tear away jerseys against K-State way back then.
Maybe not most significant Ws or Ls but still hold special place in my heart

Favorite LSU game you’ve ever attended

I have three favorites (sorry, but that's just the way it is). They are - in no particular order:

A) LSU at Kentucky in 1980. Final score was LSU 17- UK 10. It was my first time to see LSU play in person since I was raised in Kentucky. I know UK isn't exactly known for its football, but that's all I could get. I lived 2 hours east of Lexington and I bled purple and gold. When we went down to breakfast at the Hyatt Regency the day after the game my whole family was wearing purple and gold. The UK fans were very respectful and more than one gave way to us in the breakfast line, saying that our family looked like a conquering army. UK fans are good people, but I will forever be faithful to my Alma Mater - LSU.

B) Texas A&M at LSU 1986. This was my freshman year at LSU and I was in Tigerband playing trumpet. It was also my first game to actually sit in DEATH VALLEY. A&M was the heavy favorite, but LSU beat the Holy Doo-Doo out of 'em. I knew that night that I had chosen my university correctly. There was and is no place like Louisiana State University in all the world. Death Valley is the center of the universe.

C) Once again, it's a Kentucky game in Lexington. (I still have the ticket stubs from this one.) November 2001. My wife and I have traveled from Atlanta to stay with friends from our youth in Richmond, KY and attend the LSU @ UK game. The game was close even though LSU was clearly the better team. Well. Y'all know how "Dash RIght 93 Berlin" worked out to create "The Bluegrass Miracle." I don't need to expound upon it.

Yes, I was at "The Earthquake Game" against Auburn. Yes, I watched Auburn's field house burn to the ground in '96 as we whipped their collective bonkies. Yes, I was at the SECCG in 2001 when Mauck led the Tigers to an SEC Championship in the 2nd half. But the games listed above are my three favorites. And yes, a lot of that is because I absolutely HATE Kentucky to this very day! (Trust me. You spend the first 18 years of your life as an LSU Tiger in Kentucky and you'll know what I mean.) I can proudly claim that my college degree bears the name "LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY" upon it rather than a lame "University of Kentucky."

1997 Florida - incredible to beat Spurrier and #1 Florida.

2001 SECCG - Just an amazingly fun day.
2003 UGA - HUGE win for the program. Skyler hauling it in was electric.
2003 SECCG - Spanked UGA and then after the game it became increasingly clear that LSU was in the National Championship.
2001 - At Alabama. Rohan to Reed all day long. Beat the hell out of them. Only LSU fans in the stadium at the end.
1983 - Washington was #9 and favored over unranked LSU. LSU 40 Washington 14. Stadium was PACKED.
2004 - LSU 21 Oklahoma 14. Satisfying but the others were more fun.
1979 - at Boulder. LSU 44 Colorado 0. Got to see Cholly Mac as well as Ensminger and Woodley alternating at QB. My Buffs had no chance at all. My first LSU game.

LSU-UGA ‘13 would have been in this discussion if we won. The game itself had sooo many insane moments, and who knows what happens to to that team had they won that Top 10 Showdown and remain undefeated then

97 Florida game. It was the first step forward for the program, even though we lost to Ole Piss the next week.

Baseball. Lsu vs usc 1998 first round game in cws. Gorilla ball at its finest

Basketball. Vs Duke 2006 sweet 16. Was so nice to see all the duke fans silent and leaving early.

Football. Maybe uga 2003 regular season. Felt like lsu was a title contender After that win. Was awesome too uga had an explosive 80 yrd or so td to tie it up end of 4th q. The crowd got fired up and was chanting lsu after the uga score and then mauck hit skyler green for the long td to win it.

AUBURN VS LSU 2017, it was extremely hot me and a group of friends had great seats on the enemies side but that damn AUBURN mascot keep missing with us until we mounted a comeback, his arse got quiet, he stopped changing costumes and all LSU fans laughed AUBURN out the stadium when we won.

For me it was that Virginia Tech beatdown at Tiger Stadium in 2007. Weird pregame vibe because Tech had the campus shooting during the off-season. Their fans showed up and Tiger fans were as gracious as I can ever remember. Then came kickoff and we annihilated them before a national television audience. It was the start of something special.

I’ve been to many games. 95 Auburn is one I’ll never forget. It took a good 20 minutes for my hearing to completely return after that game.

07 VT was very hot as well. I believe it took the fight out of the Hokies early on.
