You obviously know more about the area than those of us that live in LC so I won't continue to argue with you.
It's really not in any neighborhood in the true sense but the overall area is just strange is all I was saying.

It's a windfall for the slum owner.
It's guaranteed $$$ from Uncle Sam, they could give a f about what renter is supposed to pay, they getting what they wanted from Apartment with out that scratch.
I know several slum lords, they make me ill, but make easy bank. Both have a maintenance guy who patches the apt up to get by HUD standards, then Government cash be flowing.

Wasn’t there a murder at Suffolk Manor a few years back? I remember there being yellow tape all over the parking lot.
