If everyone is as afraid of litigation as it looks, the NCAA won’t have a choice.

Imagine being denied the ability to boost your draft stock because your conference sat out while others didn’t, and then the NCAA telling you that you can’t transfer and play at a school that is playing. Smells like a huge lawsuit.

They can't not let it happen. They will have to make changes obviously but it'll happen whether they like it or not.

I don’t know how the process looks but as the NCAA can you really tell these guys that they can’t play? It’s commonplace for athletes to transfer out after a coach gets fired.... why shouldn’t these guys get the opportunity to audition for the nfl just because the far left academia nuts that run their universities believe the world is ending?
