Sorry to Myles and his feelings, but if you have the chance to bring in a Heisman finalist at QB, you do that.

I’m in the extreme minority, but I’m not bringing him in. The kid doesn’t know the playbook. He’s not staying at his transfer destination past this year. If he came in late, he’d barely know the offense. He’d be a liability. I don’t think the risk outweighs the rewards.

Don’t let the Heisman runner up moniker fool you. There would be a lot to learn and for what? 10 games?

No way.

Alabama wouldn’t take him either. Just doesn’t make sense.

ETA: For depth purposes, solid idea of Brennan gets hurt, but Fields wouldn’t be going somewhere else to be a backup. His 3rd school in as many years, btw
