If they are trying to appease the Chinese with this shite, burn it to the fricking ground. The show and it’s sequel are implicitly very much against the Chinese government. Like the Dai Li was named after the head of Mao’s secret police. That’d be the equivalent of doing a fantasy version of the United States, have the secret police called the Hoovers, and operate out of a pentagon shaped building. The reference would not be lost.
