Enough federal excise/sales tax to fund the DOD, salaries for Congress and staff, salaries for SCOTUS and staff, and salaries for White House and staff.
Everything else in fed.gov gets cut.
That would be a good start to taxes.

You do realize then that states will increase their taxes to compensate for the shortage. Especially infrastructure spending
