Not to be mean, but that sounds like unstable angina.
The fact that you got the vaccine for pneumonia means you are likely older which makes this more likely.
If you haven't been checked out cardio wise, I think you should consider it.

Agreed. I ignored the same symptoms for over a year, until I found myself miraculously waking up in the hospital after a "widow maker" heart attack.
