I got a flu vaccine shot and a pneumonia vaccine shot at the same time back in Nov. Less than four hours later at the house I told the wife that it felt like someone had their size 18 foot on my chest. Till this day about every 10 -15 days I have a "heavy" chest that last for two to three days and then goes away.

Not to be mean, but that sounds like unstable angina.

The fact that you got the vaccine for pneumonia means you are likely older which makes this more likely.

If you haven't been checked out cardio wise, I think you should consider it.
