I know the Panhandle is very Republican but where are the blue areas in the state?
I’m aware of Miami-Dade and some surrounding counties as habitual problems. Where else? Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Tallahassee?

Orange County (which is where Orlando is) is blue. As is some spots around Tampa and the rest of the I-4 stretch. And pretty much all of South Florida (mostly though bc of snow birds from New York)
