My old company did this, and started tracking our phones too. THey were taking $100 a month from me for the personal use of the vehicle, so yes it was a company vehicle, but we were allowed any personal use with it.
Then they wanted to have weekly meetings about our driving from a report they got about us speeding or not backing into parking spots (which was fricking retarded b/c i'm not backing into my driveway) and other stupid shite. Could not believe we would waste time as a group, once a week, to talk about our driving.

I quit driving the company car altogether and drove my old truck i had, and i forwarded all my work cell phone calls to my personal cell. They didn't really care for that next time we had our stupid arse how we drive meeting and they saw that my car didn't move all week. I didn't really care though, i was on my way out anyways as i knew i had another job i was switching to in the next 2 months.
