Floor jack with 2x4 on that side. Crank it up close then get under and pick up the other side with your hands.
It's enough if you balance right to get it up there. I've installed 3 this way.
6 bolts. Get a torque wrench if you are worried. Auto parts store will loan them to you.

Thanks for the replies. I’ll buy one off Amazon and install. Truck was too good a deal to pass up.
