So you wouldn’t take Darrell Williams, Ty Davis Price or Nick Brossette? LSU has put more than a few guys outside of 247s Top 10 into the NFL...

hmm, you either misunderstood or I did not make my point clearly. I have no problem taking a running back who is not in the top 3, but I would not take a second RB unless that guy is absolute gold plated superstar.
Or maybe a top rated guy that is just can't miss.
I was happy with Ty Davis Price, but if you are going to add a five star guy to the class, then I am really happy.
I am happy with any RB the coaches think can contribute, but I am biased by the NFL attitudes I guess. With our current offense, I want more WR and less RB than I used too.
With Les Miles, I would expect to take multiple RB every year. Some could play FB, and sharing the load was important.
I think 1 per year with a second when there is attrition will give you sufficient depth. I am more concerned with having 9 WR for 3 spots than 4 RB for 1 spot.
