re: Looking at maybe transferring into the LSU mechanical engineering program

I graduated in ME at LSU. The program is fine, I did it in 5 years because I didn’t want to cram in 18-20 hrs a semester, so it was more manageable, plus I got to have a social life.

All the usual O&G/ Chemical companies recruit the program, so it probably has one of the higher starting salaries for kids graduating compared to other schools.
