Passing on season tickets

I was just curious, what all does it take to pass on season tickets for football? I was hoping to get some of my dads seats after I graduate and he stops going. thanks.

I don't think you can transfer tickets. Just keep them in his name and you buy them.

Have him give them to you when he gets them in the mail.

i think you need to get your dad to write a letter that he wants to transfer them to you, then take it to a notary then bring it to the athletic department. May not be totally right but we are doing something similar to that, email the athletic department, they will help you but i think that is what it takes, you have to wait till after this season and before feb.

this is correct...transferring of tickets can only be done from parents to child or between spouses
I'm doing this mostly likely with my dad who doesn't go to the games anymore but is holding onto them for me and my brother when I graduate
