Well, this pretty much blows up the speculation that Cisse was worried about possible sanctions from the NCAA. Now, maybe Dickie V will give it a rest.

Why Memphis? He doesnt have an attachment there. Didnt grow up there.
That program is dead. Penny had all the hype. Signed the #1 class. Then this year hes out recruited by hb powerhouses Akron, UC Riverdale and Winthrop.

Their program is a joke. Signed a top class and wasn’t going to make the tournament this year in a G5 conference.

Mike Miller has moved on from their staff as well. Memphis may come back into national prominence one day, but it won’t be early enough for Cisse to see it.

Nowhere yet. The press release just said he was stepping down to spend more time with his family. He’s got two sons that are well into high school, so he may be giving it a couple years to follow their high school team.

Cisse going to Memphis is pretty much confirmation that sanctions are coming. Dickie V’s words alone didn’t scare him. He did he research. I wondered if Wade was honest with him or if it was someone else

Maybe because even without moussa we have the 6th best class in the country, which is also the 3rd best class in the SEC, a 5 star commit for the third straight year along with 2 other 2 T100 commits and 2 good transfers

What the frick are you saying? It sucks to miss on moussa but even without him we will still be good and wade has brought LSU a lot more success then any other recent coaches so please go frick off and cry about him a little more
