There are a couple of cases of a second positive but not enough people for that to be significant. The last I read about the antibody research is that they think it will provide temporary immunity. It appears at the rate the antibodies are disappearing from the body after the infection is gone the antibodies will disappear after a couple months. They don’t think it’s permanent antibodies like a chicken pox.
