I think that Les never recovered from the Jarrett Lee pick 6 year. Les' offenses had always threw the ball a pretty good amount, even Lee threw allot that year. He just got so gun shy after all the pick 6's that he went ultra conservative knowing he could win enough games with a good defense and grind it out offense to keep his job. I guess he was right since he stayed here 8 more years and made allot of money.
