I think you've forgotten just how good Fournette was. Fournette caught passes 20+ yards downfield. Fournette took a swing pass 40+ yards for a TD. He caught a pass running straight up the middle of the field, for a 40 yard gain vs what was the #16 pass defense as a freshman. Over his final 3 games in that heisman level year, he had 9 receptions for 160 yards and 1 TD. In only 6 games as a junior he had 150 yards and 15 receptions. He was on pace for 30+ catches and 300+ yards.

Even now in the NFL he has 134 catches in only 36 games.
