^^^ this ^^^ .... and it's the same in many major cities. Key antifa antagonists - many of them from foreign nations - are being removed from the playing field. And as a result, the violence and destruction is being minimized.

So she deserves some credit along with the
other person who represents the neighborhood (Joyce Shepard) who was also raising hell with the Mayor

Sounds like they worked out some type of deal with this NPU-V group.Just hope it wasn't some type of shady payoff.My understanding is that APD was the only LE involved in the morning and nobody was arrested.

personally, i'd prefer antifa specifically get the kiss of death (labeled domestic terrorists) and then post a public dead or alive bounties on the leaders.

they are the instigators...and they "planned" all that destruction.

In Atlanta, an NPU is a Neighborhood Planning Unit - basically a citizens advisory group.

The city is divided into I think 25 NPUs, each assigned a letter between A and Z. Typically the NPUs allow the residents of a neighborhood or group of neighborhoods to have a say in zoning and land use.

I grew up in the Candler Park neighborhood, and in the 80s/early 90s the NPU for that area had a lot of say in the final version of Freedom Parkway.
