I only buy used Toyotas and I buy with cash. Outside of credit card debt, car notes are the biggest reason why the average American lacks enough wealth to retire.

My FJ Cruiser was 460 a month. Paid off now. It’s ten years old and I’d love a new 4Runner but no car payment is nice.

The 4Runner would be 500 even if I put 10k down.
